2nd Tip is your financial statement speaks that you are able to cover all expense easily. It can be proved with your income(Salary & Business) and proof to state that you have enough funds in your account, as well as Tax Return also speak that you are good to cover all expense.

Cleary Itinerary 

3rd Tip is your itinerary or schedule or plan on your travel, what you are going to do, when you are coming back, where you are staying. Any visitor spot to cover it should be clear, in event to cover its clearly indicated. When you land and when you will be leaving US.

Relationship in US
