Turkey(Türkiye) Work Visa Process 

Foreigners put their applications for work permit through Turkish consular offices in their country of residence or nationality.

Once you are in Turkey (Türkiye) you should registered yourself with local police department within one month to get residence permit. Thus, should a working permit is approved by the Ministry, the foreigner is charged an Entry Visa Fee, Work Permit Certificate Fee and Residence Fee by the Turkish consular offices.

Basically, the most popular professions in Turkey are cleaners, waitresses, maids, dancers, animators, guides, bartenders and massage therapists.

You can apply for Turkish citizenship if you've resided there for at least five years

Visa Processing Time: 30 days

Requirement:

  1. Your valid passport
  2. Two photos
  3. Police clearance certificate. 
  4. All document Translation (Sworn Translation )
  5. Diploma or Provisional Graduation Equivalency Certificate
  6. Contract of Employment Letter
  7. Employer should provide Turkey Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MLSS) Documents, employer will be submitting these document with 10 days of application file. 
  8. Visa Application and MLSS Document submission both are required otherwise, Visa application unattended/Declined.  
  9. Medical Insurance
  10. Rental agreement for residence
  11. Proof of booked flight tickets. 
  12. Bank statement
Turkish Employment Visa Appointment
On the day of your visa appointment, at the embassy, consulate or visa application center. Make sure you have all the required documents with you and none is missing. 

How to Apply:

  2. In some countries, Visa application submitted by third-party visa application center, to which Turkiye has outsourced visa submission. For example in Pakistan “Anatolia Visa Application Center” is responsible for filing and managing visa applications for Turkiye.
  3. Your passport, visa application form, and a letter from your employer are the necessary documents for your application.
  4. Documents are required employer to submit Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MLSS). Employer to submit documents in 10 days after application submission
